Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be stopped or refunded.

If you refuse to accept your order at delivery without prior cancellation approval, it will be treated as a return-to-sender and may affect your eligibility for future orders or offers.
3. Out-of-Stock or System Errors
In rare cases where a product is out of stock or unavailable after payment, Skinura reserves the right to cancel the order. Customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund or replacement option will be offered.
4. Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation.Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
