Exchange & Replacement
Skinura wants you to be delighted with your purchase but in the following scenarios replacement & refund can be made.
If you received a wrong or damaged product, make a video and send it to our CSR at WhatsApp: +923219458989 or at email: info@skinuracosmetics.com by sharing the order# and reason for replacement /return within 24 hours to process it claim. We will accept returns for those products which will be received in the original packing, sealed, unused & undamaged conditions same as it was delivered to you. After receiving products, our CSR team will examine it & acknowledge further for its claim/refund proceedings. Shipping Cost is non-refundable.
Terms and conditions
- Opened or used products will not be exchanged.
- Any single product from a combo box will not be returned.
- Free product or gift hamper provided by Skinura shall not be returned.
- Replacement/exchange requests are acceptable within 3 working days of product delivery.
- Post CSR confirmation you will get replacement accordingly within 7 to10 working days.
- Skinura reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
